We will find you your home, negotiate the best possible price, make sure your interests and investment are protected in the purchase contract and look after the many details of the purchase to ensure you have as stress free as possible transition into your new home.

We will recommend you start with our client questionnaire, this will help both you and us with a starting point on your search. We will meet with you and guide you through laying the framework which will make your search that much more enjoyable and lessen the stress factor. We will discuss your needs, your expectations, your financial position, current market conditions and answer any questions you may have with the buying process.
We will assist you by providing you knowledge about the area and current market conditions you are interested in. When we start the search process we set up a property search that will notify you, usually via e-mail when properties that match your criteria hit the market.
We also will supply you with our MaxWell Smart Phone App that will allow you drive by houses for sale and get up to date MLS information and photos for the property you are driving by. Once you find properties that match your criteria we will set up private showings for you.
When viewing properties we will provide you with a synopsis of the property, its history, comparable current and recently sold properties in the surrounding areas. The more information you have the more informed decision you are able to make.
THE OFFER –THE NEGOTIATION
Once you have found a property that fulfills your needs, wants and financial plan we are there to make sure you get the best terms, conditions, and price possible. TERMS & CONDITIONS
Once an offer on a prospective property is accepted you now will have to navigate the terms and conditions of the offer. We will help you with this step by recommending professionals: Home Inspectors, Lawyers, Mortgage Brokers and other professionals you may require.
After the offer has been accepted and terms and conditions satisfied you now entering the last step. Possession and moving. During this time you can expect to deal with your Lawyer, your financier, utility companies, insurance companies, movers etc. As always we will help you navigate this process too.
After you take possession the transaction is considered complete, however sometimes questions still arise and we are still your Realtor®. We will contact you a few days after possession to ensure you’re needs, wants and expectations were met.
